Joe Niles is an exceptional individual who has triumphed over numerous challenging obstacles to become a respected roofing and home exterior expert.
His journey began during his teenage years when he experienced homelessness.
Determined to create a better life for himself, Joe found solace in the roofing industry.
He quickly realized his passion for the trade and dedicated himself to honing his skills.
Joe's dedication paid off as he worked for prestigious companies and excelled in the trades, gaining invaluable experience along the way.

In 2018, Joe's life took another positive turn when he met his ex-wife, Rachelle. Together, they recognized the opportunity to serve customers directly with their expertise in roofing, siding, soffit, and insulation. They founded their own business, providing professional advice and a wealth of experience to their clients. Present Day they operate separate businesses but still help each other out !

One of Joe's distinguishing qualities is his commitment to continuous learning. He understands the importance of staying updated with the latest advancements in roofing and home exteriors to better serve his market. By expanding his knowledge, Joe ensures that his customers receive the most efficient and effective solutions for their homes.

Additionally, Joe holds a deep concern for the environment. He recognizes the significance of energy efficiency in homes and strives to make every house as environmentally friendly as possible. By implementing sustainable practices and recommending eco-friendly materials, Joe contributes to a greener future.

Looking ahead, Joe has dreams beyond his successful business. He envisions starting a farm in British Columbia, where he hopes to eventually retire. On this farm, he plans to raise sheep, pigs, chickens, and cows to directly serve consumers. This aspiration reflects his desire to lead a fulfilling life connected to nature and to provide quality, locally sourced products to the community.
